Not much work on the car this weekend but I did take some time to sort through a load of parts that arrived from the Cortina Owners Club last week. The owners club in the UK are awesome and with the solid exchange rate at the moment (thank you Brexit), buying parts from them is cheaper than most local providers.
Gearbox cross member and uni joints
Windscreen and door rubbers
Windscreen washer bag
Gearshift gaitor
New pedal rubbers and other bits and pieces
Tie rod ends
Various bolts and bits and pieces
Ball joint repair kits and front wheel bearings
My original rear lights were pretty good and I’ve been able to sand and polish the scratches out. One was a bit too gone but I managed to find some good originals second hand. These will sand and polish up nicely.
