My front seats are in pretty good condition, but unfortunately the frames are pretty rusty. I was contemplating trying to clean them up with the upholstery on but that’s not really possible so I decided to tear them down. Plus, with 50 year old hessian and some pretty manky old foam, I think it would be a shame to do everything else on the car and not fix up the pews.
The back foam on this seat looks original but there was newer foam on the bottom.
Some of the hessian underlay has been replaced.

One of the seats shows signs of a few repairs but both a pretty straight and need a lot of cleaning.
